The Future of Social and Solidarity Economy Conference comes within the framework of the MedRiSSE project’s launching conference and the dissemination of the MedUP project and will take place in Golden Tulip El Mechtel Hotel, in Tunis.

TERMES DE RÉFÉRENCE (TDR) POUR LE RECRUTEMENT D’UNE AGENCE DE PRODUCTION POUR LA PROMOTION DE LA CONFÉRENCE “THE FUTURE OF SOCIAL AND SOLIDARITY ECONOMY CONFERENCE”
PRÉSENTATION TCSE
Créé en 2012, le Centre Tunisien pour l’Entrepreneuriat Social (TCSE) a pour objectif de développer et promouvoir l’entrepreneuriat social en Tunisie.
CONTEXTE
“The future of Social and Solidarity Economy Conference” aura lieu le 23 Juin 2022, à l'hôtel Golden Tulip El Mechtel, Tunis, et vise à offrir un espace pour réfléchir sur les réalisations du secteur au cours de la dernière décennie et pour envisager des pratiques et des approches qui peuvent renforcer les écosystèmes d'innovation sociale à l'échelle nationale et internationale.
Dans ce cadre, les partenaires de TCSE et les acteurs tunisiens de l'économie Sociale et Solidaire se réuniront pour identifier les principaux apprentissages et meilleures pratiques, tout en imaginant une feuille de route indiquant où nous voulons aller en tant que innovateurs sociaux, entrepreneurs sociaux et acteurs du changement.
En plus des partenaires locaux, la conférence accueillera des partenaires internationaux venant de la Jordanie, de la Palestine, de la Grèce, du Portugal, de l’Espagne, etc
RESPONSABILITÉS DU PRESTATAIRE
L’agence de production sera tenue de la réalisation des missions suivantes :
- Production et de la postproduction des vidéos selon les commentaires du TCSE
- Prise de vidéos pendant la conférence sous forme d’interviews
- Traduction des vidéos en langue anglaise

PROFIL DU PRESTATAIRE
Le prestataire doit être une agence de production spécialisée ayant une expérience avérée dans la production de vidéos auprès des parties prenantes de l'écosystème entrepreneurial en Tunisie. Elle doit disposer des capacités nécessaires en ressources humaines qualifiées, des compétences techniques ainsi que du matériel et équipements nécessaires pour ce type de travail.

CONTEXTE
“The future of Social Economy Conference” aims to provide a space to reflect on the achievements of the sector over the past decade and to consider practices and approaches that can strengthen social innovation ecosystems nationally and internationally .
In this framework, TCSE partners and Tunisian social economy actors will come together to identify key learnings and best practices, while imagining a vision where we want to go as social innovators, social entrepreneurs and and change-makers.
In addition to local partners, the conference will welcome international partners from Jordan, Palestine, Greece, Portugal and Spain.
SERVICE PROVIDER MISSION
The service provider is asked to organize an interactive session in the form of a workshop which brings together different actors of the Social Economy: international partners, local partners, entrepreneurs, potential entrepreneurs and change makers.

Offers will be processed and selected according to the budget appropriate to this mission by the project and the efficiency criteria linked to the technical and financial offer and in accordance with the evaluation criteria (Examination of quotes, examination of technical proposals, etc.).
